Truly Clean

I am always surprised when I talk to people about having a healthy lifestyle and to watch their shocking expressions to some of their typical day to day choices. As I teach about having a healthy body and the little changes they can start with their moans and groans grow louder. But it is really is a very simple recipe. See Below…

Real, whole foods are the foundation for a clean body and long-term wellness. They are unprocessed and nutrient dense, loaded with vitamins and minerals. Meals should consist of fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, and healthy oils.

Adequate sleep [typically 8 hours] and exercising at least 30 minutes each day rejuvenates the systems of the body so they can remain clean, active and healthy without toxic, energy-boosting substitutes.

Water purifies and enhances the body’s ability to stay clean. Drinking at least 64oz of pure water daily is vital to wellness.

I am always available to sit with you to come up with how you will start and or continue on your new path to living well and making healthy lifestyle changes. I am just a phone call away. Start today by calling 860-628-8857.
