I am known to love the little treasures I come across, whether it be I find something along my way on my daily walk, or if I am in a unique kind of store expecting to find something that will touch my heart. Today, as I was dusting off the top of my bookcase I came across what I consider a treasure. It is just a plain white card with black lettering, I purchased it awhile back believing when the time is right I will know who will need to receive this gift. As I was filling out the address on the envelope to mail to a friend who is going through a bit of a struggle, I decided to send it to all of you as well. This is what it says:
My Wish for you:
Comfort on difficult days.
Smiles when sadness intrudes.
Rainbows to follow the clouds.
Laughter to kiss your lips.
Sunsets to warm your heart.
Hugs when spirits sag.
Friendships to brighten your being.
Beauty for your eyes to see.
Faith so that you can believe.
Confidence for when you doubt.
Patience to accept the truth.
Courage to know yourself.
Love to complete your life.
