Lead singer of the popular band Chvrches, Lauren Mayberry, wants you to know that domestic violence and abuse can happen to anyone. Lauren shared her personal experience with abuse publicly, with an important message to spotlight: Just because someone doesn’t hit you, doesn’t mean that they aren’t hurting you.
We’re so thankful for Lauren’s courage in speaking out and shedding light on emotional abuse, the hidden signs and the deeply damaging emotional scars that it leaves.
